Have you heard about "Bun Cha Ca" in Viet Nam? this is the traditional famous noodle in Viet Nam. My parent make the "Cha ca" , kind of grilled fish roll, in the morning and sell to the Hoi An market. If you come my house in the early of the morning for coffee or breakfast, I will let you try to make a "Cha ca" roll. By the way, we have a pond to feed shrimp and local fishes, we will make some awesome local foods for you :D
